On March 25, Capt. Chester Parks, commanding officer of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay; Clainetta Jefferson, Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay school liaison officer; and Dr. Angela McManigal, St. Marys Middle School principal, congratulated St. Marys Middle School’s “Sailors of the Quarter.” The Sailor of the Quarter event recognizes students who have done outstanding work during the quarter.
