We’re experiencing significant wait times, of up to several hours, at our COVID-19 test site.
The test site, located across from Branch Health Clinic Jax, is open Monday – Friday (7:30 a.m. – noon) and Saturdays (9 a.m. – noon) — weather permitting. (Closed on federal holidays.)
We offer COVID-19 testing at this location only. The test site does not have public restrooms.
Testing is available for active duty, TRICARE beneficiaries age 6 and older, and on-base civilian employees and contractors. An appointment / referral is not required.

Test results typically take 1 – 3 days (24 – 72 hours), depending on volume.
Positive results receive a phone call. Negative results are available within 7 days at www.TRICAREonline.com.
